The Rectangular 68L Waste Bin with Colour-Coded Lid HR4018CHP-SEG1 is ideal for efficient waste management in environments like airports and shopping centres. Designed with airport security in mind, this bin allows visual access to the interior through its front and rear windows, protected by 2 mm thick transparent polycarbonate panels.
Manufactured from high-strength electro-galvanised steel (1.2 mm for the body and 2.0 mm for the lid), it includes a tilting system that makes it easy to place and remove waste bags using a rectangular bag-holding ring. The tilting, inclined lid is painted in a specific colour for each type of waste, encouraging proper sorting and recycling.
The base is protected with a high-strength flexible rubber profile with a metal core, providing stability and durability. The design is free of sharp edges or corners, ensuring user safety. Finished with electrostatic polyester paint and prior phosphating treatment, it offers oxidation resistance tested to over 300 hours in a salt spray chamber.
